With a Group Account: A member can register an account with a set number of seats for “sub-accounts”. Once registered, the group owner can add or import accounts to give membership access to members of their group.
The Group Account is only open to companies or organizations with members who have the same domain name
For example, a person responsible for a company might register a group account for a department and then add each colleague in the department as a member of the group, granting each colleague access to members-only content and resources on the website
Billing and account control (cancellations, upgrades, etc) is limited to the group owner, meaning group members do not ever need to enter any payment details or worry about the status of their account. This makes it easy for organizations and other multi-member groups to manage access for their members without requiring that each member maintain their account
The Group Account does not accept free email addresses (such as gmail, hotmail, etc.)
