J) Reset Password
The password reset limit is set to 3, and users can submit only one request every 30 minutes to prevent brute-force attacks or password guessing. Only a successful login can clear the password reset limit.
If a user is unable to reset their password because the password reset limit has been exceeded, please contact our support team at supports@regulatoryhawk.com.
